Flourish Science co-founder Dr. Xuan Zhao is a Stanford-trained social psychologist who has spent years studying the power of compliments. After conducting more than a dozen studies and reading over 4,000 genuine compliments, she handpicked some of the most heartfelt messages and turned them into cards.
